No Meal Service at Warren on May 1

Food Services will not be provided at Warren Elementary on May while it is on shutdown. Families are welcome to go to other Tucson Unified sites for breakfast and lunch.

Warren Elementary School has been placed on shutdown because the state mandates that schools provide a certain number of instructional minutes, and after three days of closures, Warren no longer has enough instructional minutes to support another day of the walkout. Makeup instruction plans will be determined when we know how much time will need to be recovered.

Please find updated information on the TUSD website.

What Makes Us Special
Warren Elementary School’s teachers, students and parents work together to support the children in their education. Data and technology play a big role at Warren. Children set improvement goals every quarter and are empowered to take responsibility for their achievement.

Students at Warren are also encouraged to think about the future. Faculty and staff wear college jackets and shirts during “Goals Week.”  Warren also emphasizes scientific thinking with its own science fair and encourages participation at the state level.

Leadership, pride, honor and respect are some of the core values that are practiced at the school, and students are recognized with Power Paws when they demonstrate these qualities.
